Object of the Game
The object of the game is to select the correct U.S. state for the flag provided in as few of guesses as possible. The more state flags you correctly identify, the higher the score you will get.
Directions
The game begins asking you to click on the state that has the flag shown. You have three tries to select the correct state. If you get the U.S. state correct within three guesses the state will turn green. If not, the state will turn red.
Once the correct state has been selected (or you have used up all your guesses), the picture of another state flag will appear at the top of the screen for you to select. This will continue until all 50 state flags have been identified.
Note: In order to learn the flags of states you've answered incorrectly, you can look at the "previous answer" below the map which gives the flag and the state of the previous answer.
Scoring
Each time you correctly select a U.S. state on the map you will get 5 points. However, one point will be deducted for each incorrect guess. See if you can beat your friend's high score.
