Supplies Needed
- Construction paper
- Paper roll
- Scissors
- Tape
Instructions
These 3D flowers look like they are in a vase.
- Take a piece of paper - 11/5 inch side on top, fold it almost in half.
- Let there be about one inch on top.
- Tape that fold down to the paper.
- Cut from the folded side toward the tape but not all the way to the tape.
- Roll it up and tape it.
- Put in the the cardboard tube and fluff it out.
