Supplies Needed
- Party streamers/crepe paper
- Scissors
Your choice streamer for the rose color and green streamer for the stem.
Instructions
- Cut a piece of your streamer about a yard long.
- Fold the end of the streamer once, then fold again while pinching the first fold.
- Continue this down the top side edge of the streamer all the way to the end.
- Roll the streamer up to create your rose.
- Cut a piece of green streamer and make a cut at one end.
- Wrap the streamer around the rose.
- Roll the rest of the green streamer into the stem.
- Shape the rose by gently pulling on it.
